A phone-system failure should have a response plan.
We’re developing a managed standby phone system with SIP trunk failover to give new incoming calls an alternate route when the primary PBX cannot be reached.
In development, subject to validation. A backup PBX reduces some outage risks; it does not guarantee uninterrupted calls or replace working power and connectivity.
The primary phone system handles everyday calls. A separately prepared standby system is part of the planned continuity service.
New calls can take the configured backup route. Handset reconnection is separate; active calls may drop. Recovery behavior must be tested for each deployment.

Start with a proven phone platform, supported SIP service, and compatible handsets. Then explore connections to your CRM, help desk, contact directories, or practice software.
Explore the integration approachApplication connections are assessed individually. Named workflow categories do not imply an available native integration.
Comcast, Weave, and Nextiva offer established communications platforms. My Net VoIP is for businesses that value a phone system designed and supported alongside their network and IT.

We help turn your operational needs into a practical setup, then keep it aligned as the business changes.
Continuity should have named dependencies, tested behavior, and a documented recovery procedure.
Busy front desks, department routing, after-hours instructions, and clear paths for clients to reach the right team.
Consistent greetings, reliable transfers, flexible schedules, and a coordinated experience for staff and clients.
Location-specific numbers and call flows, with a plan for how teams connect and support one another.
We review each number for portability and coordinate the approved transfer with the providers involved. Keep the current service active until the port is complete and calling has been verified.
We assess the hardware, firmware, licensing, and current configuration before recommending what to keep or replace. Supported equipment may be reusable; compatibility is confirmed in your proposal.
The managed backup PBX and SIP failover service is in development. Each deployment needs validation of carrier routing, phone behavior, connectivity, emergency calling, and recovery before it is offered as operational protection.
Tell us the application and the workflow you want. We assess its supported interfaces, licensing, and permissions before committing to an integration. We confirm the specific connection and its supported features in your proposal.
We build a proposal around locations, users, concurrent calls, phone numbers, equipment, implementation, support, and any selected options. That gives you a clear scope to compare with other providers.
